You will receive a tracking number shortly after placing your order, you will be able to track the parcel from departure from our warehouse to arrival at your door.

Our courier service will contact you at the contact number you have provided in the shipping address (order notes) before delivery and advise you on when you can expect the parcel.

  • What if I never pick up my order?

If you have chosen collection rather than delivery then it is your obligation to pick up your order with 6 months. Goods not been picked up will be given to charity.
